Terms and Conditions

Thank you for trusting mojassam and its services!

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, custom 3D-printing services, modeling services, and any associated tools or resources (“Services”). These Terms form a legal agreement between you and mojassam, operating under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. 

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Although it does not form part of these Terms, it is an important document you should read.

Registration and Access 

Minimum Age 

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age permitted in your location to use our Services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. 

Account Registration 

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to: Provide accurate and complete information, Not share your account credentials, and Take responsibility for all activities under your account 

If you create an account on behalf of another person or business, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf. 

Using Our Services 

What You Can Do 

Subject to these Terms, you may: Use our Services to upload 3D models, request prints, and place orders, Download documents or files we provide, and Communicate with us for support and project guidance 

You must comply with all applicable laws, including intellectual property laws in Saudi Arabia.

What You Cannot Do 

You may not: Upload files that infringe copyrights, patents, or other IP rights, Upload weapons, weapon components, or illegal items, Use our Services for harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes, Interfere with or disrupt our Services, Attempt to reverse engineer, extract data, or misuse our systems, and Use our Services to compete with mojassam by training models or replicating proprietary processes 

Third-Party Services 

We may use or integrate third-party payment processors, hosting services, or plugins. These services have their own terms and are responsible for their own practices. 

Orders, Production, and Payment 

Ordering 

When you place an order, you agree that: Project Files will be reviewed for print-ability, We may reject models that are unsafe, illegal, or technically impossible to print, and Production begins only after payment is completed 

Payments 

Payments must be made in full before we begin printing. 

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. 

Project Files 

You retain ownership of all 3D models (“Inputs”). We do not claim rights to your designs and will not reuse them outside your project. 

However, you represent and warrant that: You have the legal right to upload the design, and Your submission does not violate Saudi law or international IP law 

3D Printing Limitations

Print Quality 

You understand that 3D printing may involve:

  • Layer lines
  • Minor surface imperfections
  • Variance between digital previews and physical results
  • Fragility or structural limitations depending on your model design 

Design Responsibility 

We are not responsible for design flaws, insufficient wall thickness, fragile geometry, or functional failures caused by model structure. 

Reprints due to design issues may incur additional costs. 

Shipping and Delivery 

  • Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. 
  • Risk transfers to you once the package is handed to the carrier. 
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control. 

Refund Policy 

mojassam does not offer refunds for 3D-printed items, because every print is custom-made upon order. 

Refunds or reprints are only provided when: 

  • The item is damaged before shipment 
  • The item printed is not the item ordered 
  • There is a clear manufacturing defect caused by us 

All claims must be made within 3 days of delivery and include photos. 

Intellectual Property Rights 

We own and retain all rights to: 

  • Our website design 
  • Branding 
  • Images, text, layouts, and published content 
  • Tools, methods, and printing processes used by mojassam 

You may not copy, distribute, or impersonate our brand without permission. Project Files you upload remain your property — we claim no ownership. 

Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi Arabian law:

  • mojassam is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order
  • We are not responsible for loss of data, design flaws, or misuse of printed items 

Some limitations may not apply depending on your jurisdiction. 

Indemnity 

If you are a business or organization, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mojassam Design from any claims, damages, or losses arising from: 

  • Your use of our Services 
  • Files or designs you submit 
  • Any violation of these Terms

Termination and Suspension 

We may suspend or terminate access to our Services if: You violate these Terms, We must comply with Saudi law, and Your actions pose harm or risk to mojassam or others 

You may stop using our Services at any time. 

Changes to These Terms 

We may modify these Terms to reflect: Changes in law, Security or safety requirements, Updates to our Services, and New technologies or business practices 

We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance. All other changes are effective immediately upon posting. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using our Services. 

Delay in Enforcement 

If we do not enforce a provision immediately, it does not waive our right to enforce it later. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remain enforceable. 

Trade and Export Controls 

You agree to comply with all applicable trade laws. Our Services may not be used to create or distribute items prohibited under Saudi law or international export regulations. 

Entire Agreement 

These Terms are the complete agreement between you and mojassam regarding the use of our Services and replace any prior agreements. 

Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate Saudi Arabian Arbitration.
